We are pretty excited... this will be a whole new world for our family. We are ready for the adventure!!

10 years!!

My husband and I will be celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary in April this year! We have been planning a trip to Disneyland with the boys, then found out that I was expecting. I am NOT going to Disneyland while 8 months pregnant! So, I need some ideas for how we could celebrate... we have never done a big thing before, just dinner or something. But this is 10 years that we are talking about. That is a big milestone! I want to do something fun!

Any ideas???

Boy or Girl???

I went to my dr yesterday for my first visit and he was so excited to see me... he has delivered all of my kiddos. He is awesome! He asked if I wanted to find out what I was having today and I said YES! So he got out the portable ultrasound machine and we checked out my little babe! Although we couldn't see anything. Shy little guy I guess. We have never had that happen before. So, now I have to wait until January 20th to see. Hope I can make it... I am so excited!!

Picture #1 - Ean picked a flower for me while we were all picking blackberries at the park. My boys are all so sweet and are always picking me flowers... I love it!

Picture #2 - This summer we went swimming a couple of times at, as my son calls it, Uncle Chuck's mother's house. The boys love going there... but here, Landon is a bit sad... I don't remember why.

Picture #3 - My family doing our annual talent show on the 4th of July in our front yard.

Picture #4 - Landon totally laughing at Zackary. I think he was tickling his legs...

Picture #5 - Jeremy at one of his basketball games, dribbling down the court! He is so cute.

Picture #6 - Zackary playing in the group with the parachute at scout camp this past June. He had so much fun there!

Picture #7 - Every year on our birthdays, we go out and get donuts for breakfast. Jeremy and Landon are enjoying some white powdered! Nice mess... look at Landon's poor little hand :(

Picture #8 - My husband, Tim, looking through the scrapbook of his 35 years that I made and gave to him on his birthday... in March this year!

Picture #9 - In February this year, Landon touched our fireplace (while I was in the shower... when else! I didn't even know it was on!) and got 3rd degree burns on his precious little hand. Everything healed perfectly though... thank you!

Picture #10 - Zackary sledding down my parents driveway earlier this year, January I believe. We all got together, my sisters and their boys, and went sledding for hours. We had a blast!

Black Friday...

Yes, I was there!! I was up at 3:20 am and we had a plan. I met my mom and sister and we headed out at quarter to 4! We had our lists and schedules. We were ready. We were off to JC Penny at 4am. We were in and out in less then 30 minutes!

Then we went to Gottschalks, but it didn't open until 5am so we went to get muffins and juice. I was starving!! We made it back to Gottschalks in plenty of time to wait in line. But not for more than 5 minutes. We got what we wanted and went to Walmart, by 5:30. Got all we wanted to get there and was out within one hour! Amazing. I think there was about 5000 people there. I remember going a few years ago before it became 24hours and waited outside in line for an hour... at least! Never again!

We then went to Big 5 and found what we were looking for there, nice. Then to Walgreens. Yes, Walgreens. I have never been there before but they had exactly what I was looking for. I didn't know it until we arrived. I was so happy. Now my son will have just what he asked for and at a fabulous price!

I did end up going to Medford to the Mall, Target, Toys R Us and Joann's, but didn't find too much. Oh well. A fun day for me anyhow. I love Black Friday. I love the deals, I love getting together with my family to shop... without the kids. I love the great deals... I saved so much money this trip, it was awesome. We went all over GP and I was back home before 8:30. The kids were just starting to wake up. I have been shopping on this day for years! I love it!! The Christmas season is here!!!!

I wish I would have taken pictures of all of us crazy girls! Fun memories!!

Happy Birthday Jeremy Thomas!!

My little boy turned 6 years old today!! He was so excited. His exact words to me were, "Mom, I have been waiting for my birthday all year!" And he said it with such excitement! He had lots of family here with him to celebrate and had a blast! Thank you to all of you that joined us in this special time... We love you Jeremy!!

There are so many wonderful things that I could say about this little man. But just to name a few...

1 - He is sweet and generous, kind and thoughtful.

2 - He is energetic and full of LOUD energy... all the time.

3 - He loves to learn new things. Loves Kindergarten.

4 - Wants so badly to be "big" like his brothers.

5 - Willing to help others.

6 - He will always be "my" baby Jeremy!! no matter how old he gets...

My adorable little nieces...

Yes, I do have nieces... 4 to be exact. Here is Landon with 2 of them, Robin and Katie. They are Tim's sisters girls. Robin was born about 9 days before Landon and Katie about 2 1/2 weeks after Landon. I love that they are so close in age. It is really fun. These two live fairly close (Medford area) so we can see them often. Aren't Katie's ponytails to die for!!

To add a little more info...

Some of you have requested that I go into a little more detail on some of these and I will also let you know the fib...

1. Been across the US by plane is TRUE - I have been to Florida/Disney World twice!! We are planning another trip in a few years when I don't have to take any diapers. I don't really like to fly, I do get motion sick. I HATE boats though!

2. Worked at a casino in NV is TRUE - I worked at Players Island Restort/Casino/Spa for about a year when I was 17-18 right after High school. It was pretty fun. I worked with my aunt and cousin. I lived in UT so the drive to work was kind of nice with the time change. I was never late!

3. RS pres. in UT is FALSE - I have never even been in a presidentcy! That is a calling that I totally fear! I love YW and Activities!

4. I am naturaly blonde and it is TRUE that I have a random streak of black hair that grows on the right side of my head. I guess it's a birthmark or something.

5. Yes, my first born was 9lbs 5 oz and I pushed for 2 hrs and 45 min! It was agony!! But he is so worth it. And amazingly enough, I had no stretch marks to show for it! My second one came 11 months later and bless his adorable little self, I got them then!

6. When I was a Jr. in HS, I had a pretty steady boyfriend. We talked all the time about our marriage in the Portland temple and how we would go on our honeymoon to England. He gave me his mother's promise ring from her hubby (they were actually divorced then, so that should have been a sign). We broke up that next year, and then got back together, then off then on. That went on for about 2 - 3 years. He went on a mission and that was the last I saw of him. I hate to admit that I wrote a Dear John!

I have been tagged and need to let you know 6 random things about myself that you may not already know. Actually, 5 truths and 1 fib. Can you guess which one is not true?

Here we go again...

We just found out that we will soon be adding a new little person to our ever growing family. I have been feeling a little (ok a LOT) sick this past week and wondered what the heck! So we took the test and it is true! I even took it twice just to make sure. But it never fails. Whenever I start a new workout program and start to loose weight, I end up prego. Not that it's a bad thing, I just have never gotten my old body back... or anything remotely close back. Now I have another 8 months before I can start hard core again!! So frustrating. But we are excited that we have a new little one coming. We are looking at May 2009. My parents will be in New York until the 20th of May, so no early baby this time. None of mine have been early before. I will just make sure to set my enduction date up for the 21st!
